Telstra Cap Plans - Included Data Component

Selling the data component separately is now not necessary when selling Telstra Cap Plans.
The new plans have the included data amount contained within the name.

Selling these plans will include revenue for all component. [Incentive, Rebate (Where applicable), Bonus (Where applicable)

DO NOT SELL THE DATA PACKS SEPARATELY
